Mezza on the Green was opened as the vision of Frank Cristo along with partners Robin Cristo, Edwin Franco, and Ed Closs, Head Caterer and Country Club Social Event expert. Opening in April 2009, Mezza on the Green's credo was that of creating the South Shore's finest Caterer's and U.S. Prime Steak House dining experience. With many years of expert experience in nearby Italian restaurant Mezzanote, the team partnered with Ed Closs to assure that every detail in the Special Event and Restaurant business was covered with Country Club style class. Then ordering only the best U.S.Prime meats, top ingredients, adding a first class 1800-degree Montague grill, along with New York's top young creative chef's, made our vision complete. We welcome you to try our seared to perfection Prime steaks and see for yourself. Once you do, you will appreciate that the South Shore has a steak house that matches or surpasses any on the North Shore.

Before we created the first dish, we vowed to only use the finest prime ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Customers have been raving at the quality.
